From the Remedy Home screen, click "AR System Administration", then "AR System Console". Now expand "Server", "General", and "Server Information". The "Server Name Alias" s on the "Platform" tab.


For ServiceNow, select "System Diagnostics" and "Diagnostics Page". Use the Name field text after colon but not including the last four digits.
