The Support Section includes the latest product patches and downloads as well as the self-help area and the Script Library downloads.

If you requested an evaluation license, you will have received an email with your support id and password. This will allow you full access to our support web during your evaluation period.

Meta-Update Support

We offer two levels of Meta-Update support and free Meta-Update trial support.

Trial Support
During your trial period, you will get a support id and password, and Standard Support for the trial period.
Standard Support
Standard support is an annual service in which customers questions and issues are handled by email with a response time of 24 hours during the business week.
Premium Support
Premium support is also an annual service in which customers questions and issues are handled by email and telephone with a response time of 4 hours during the business week.
