Meta-Archive can save archived data to archive forms, a separate archive server, or the file system with HTML and CSV and extracted attachments.

It allows very granular, multi-tenancy configurations. The HTML version generates tables of logs and tasks to include in incidents through a simple configuration spreadsheet.
